Deleting your account

This removes your account, your data and your files from the servers. There is no undo and no copy is kept.

From the app

Settings → Account → Delete account. It is immediate: by the time the screen closes there is nothing left to delete.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Write to support@crushcoach.app from the address you signed up with: it is the only thing that says the account is yours. I delete it myself, within one month of the request as the GDPR requires, and write back when it is done.

If you signed up with Apple or Google, write from that account's address.

What gets deleted

• Your account and credentials.
• Your profile, plans, workout history, skill progress and settings.
• Your body measurements: weight and circumferences.
• The photos and videos you uploaded, profile picture included.

What is not on the servers

The working copy on your phone and the error log under “Diagnostics” never left it: they go when you uninstall the app, and there is nobody to ask.

How long anything is kept afterwards

Nothing is. There is no bin, no grace period, and we keep no copies of people who leave. Whatever you want to keep, take it with you first: Settings → Data → Export backup.
