Terms and community rules
Last updated: 5 November 2026.
These are the terms for using Crush Coach. By using the app you accept them. If anything doesn't add up, write to support@crushcoach.app.
Who makes the app
Alex Citeroni, sole proprietorship, Via Carnia 18, 63074 San Benedetto del Tronto (AP), Italy.
Your account
You need an account, and you must be at least 16. Your sign-in is yours: don't share it. You can delete the account whenever you like from Settings → Account, and all your data goes with it.
What it costs
Nothing: today Crush Coach is free, with no in-app purchases and no ads. If paid features ever arrive, their terms will be written here first, and nothing will be charged unless you choose it.
Training and health
Crush Coach is not a doctor. Plans, loads, rest times, calories and goals are general guidance, not medical advice. If you have a health condition or an injury, or you are pregnant, see a doctor before starting or changing your training or diet. You train at your own risk: if something hurts, stop.
Plans imported from a PDF or a photo are read by an AI, and plans published by others were written by someone else: they may contain mistakes. Check them before you use them.
Community rules
They apply to everything you write or send: posts, comments, chat messages, photos, videos, voice notes, public name and bio. Not allowed:
- insults, threats, harassment and hate towards people or groups;
- nudity and sexually explicit content. A shirtless gym photo is fine;
- graphic violence, self-harm, and content that pushes towards eating disorders;
- selling or promoting doping substances, prescription drugs without a prescription or other illegal products;
- spam, advertising, fake accounts or accounts pretending to be someone else;
- other people's personal data, photos included, without their consent;
- content you don't have the right to publish.
Any content that exploits or sexualises minors is removed at once, the account is closed and the case is reported to the authorities.
Reporting and blocking
From the three dots of a post, a comment, a message or a profile you can report or block whoever wrote it. A block works both ways and everywhere: you no longer see each other, neither in the community nor in chat. A filter stops some words before they are published.
Reports go to the moderators, who review them in the app. Content reported by three different people is hidden straight away until it has been reviewed. Chats stay private: a moderator reads a message only if someone has reported it, and only that one.
Breaking the rules
The content is hidden or deleted. In serious or repeated cases the account is suspended or closed. If you think something of yours was removed by mistake, write to support@crushcoach.app: I'll look at it again and reply.
Your content
What you publish stays yours. By publishing it you let Crush Coach show it to other users inside the app, until you remove it or delete your account. A plan you publish can be copied by others into their own plans: their copy stays theirs even if you later remove the post.
The service
Crush Coach is made with care but without guarantees: it may have bugs or outages, and features may change or be removed. If your data matters to you, keep a copy with Settings → Data → Export backup. To the extent the law allows, Crush Coach is not liable for damage arising from the use of the app. Your rights as a consumer under the law are unaffected: these terms don't limit them.
Sign in with Apple or Google, Health, Health Connect and Gemini are services run by others, under their own terms.
If the terms change
The date at the top says when they last changed. For important changes I give notice beforehand, in the app or by email.
Law
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the country you live in and can go to the courts where you reside.
Privacy
What the app collects and what it does with it is in the privacy policy.
